Welcome! Colorful 50's Ranch in the Heart of Eugene

The house is centrally located in North Eugene/ Ferry Street Bridge area with easy access to freeway and I-5. Never miss an Oregon Ducks football game with less than a 6 minute drive to Autzen Stadium, U of O, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena and downtown of Eugene. Enjoy the weekends with a round of golf at Oakway Golf Course only a 3 minute drive away. Shopping at Oakway Center and many great restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops just few minutes from the house.
This cool, light-filled, colorful house features a big living room with huge south facing window, hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, large screen TV. We set up a coffee table in the corner of the living room with provided organic coffee and sugar to get you started a new day with a cup of coffee or just simply enjoy an LED light show at night. The retro kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes….There is parking for up to two cars in the driveway. The large, fenced backyard where you can sit and enjoy the well-maintained yard with many different plants and trees.

House was very clean and comfortable. We went to the Duck football game and this house was very close to the stadium. We would gladly rent this place in the future. Thank you for a great stay!!!!

Fantastic spot!
Beautiful place and convenient location. Nam was super responsive and flexible. We especially loved the stone zen garden backyard and made very special memories there. Had most of the bare necessities to get by but not very stocked with supplies in the kitchen/bathroom.
