This single-level Southwestern sanctuary boasts soaring ceilings, open spaces, and deluxe amenities to ensure the utmost comfort for you and your guests. Take in stunning, 180-degree views of Mt. Lemmon and Pusch Ridge from the home accented by natural flora and fauna.

Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped, island kitchen, and then dine at the adjacent table for six. Head into the main living area, take a seat on the matching leather sofas, and stream your favorite channels for the perfect movie night - don't forget the popcorn!

If you're craving a little friendly competition, this home also includes a full-size pool table in the front room as well as an assortment of board games.

Out back, fire up your gas grill and dine alfresco on the patio, cool off in your private pool, or enjoy a soothing soak in the attached pool spa (both of which may be heated for an additional fee). The Omni Tucson National Golf Course is only a quarter-mile away with great restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing Home
Cathy and Brian have an amazing home. The view of the Catalina Mountains are best. The home has everything you need. The location is perfect. We love the hot tub. This is the only home we rent in Tucson.

Fabulous trip with friends and relatives!
We loved the views from the backyard. Very much enjoyed the spa. Kitchen was well equipped, easy to prepare meals. I also have a rental managed by Vacasa and was pleased to have access to great communication from Vacasa if needed.

Beautiful home with amazing views!
We came with our family of 5 and had a great time. The pool/spa and views really make this a wonderful place! We were swimming in the heated pool the first week of February. Thanks for a great time! Ps- may be the most comfy beds I've ever slept in!

Oro Valley January 2024 stay
The place was pretty well equipped. We loved the location, and the view to the East. With no other homes behind this home it made it very comfortable and private. The small pool was perfect for cooling off in the warm sun, and the Hot Tub was wonderful in the evening. My suggestion would be to trim the plants between the hot tub and the fence, so that you could really enjoy the view while sitting in the hot tub. Also better beach towels for out at the pool, instead of the thin Vacasa beach towels. The dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes properly, so we did the dishes by hand, and purchased more dishwashing liquid for by the sink. The blinds in the master bedroom need to be fixed so that you can enjoy the view from there each day. The neighbor was very friendly and kept us informed with any work that he was doing on the wall or the home next door. We loved our stay at this beautiful home and would definately stay there again.
