Welcome The Train Station Lodge. Located on a 7-acre Creekside wooded property, The Station has private walking trails that meander through the hilly forest side. Jump onto the bed and look through the large window to spot all the beautiful wildlife grazing outside. The second bathroom is very well lit and has a beautiful walk-in shower. Downstairs you can enjoy the towering 12 foot ceiling with an antique electric train running along the perimeter. The custom built cedar bunkbed is outfitted with two comfortable full size beds. All bedrooms have quick charge USB outlets to help get your devices charged for taking pictures of the many beautiful national parks in the area. (Shenandoah NP, Harpers Ferry NP, and Antietam NP). Want to go to see a Horse Race or play a little Black Jack at the local casino? Charles Town Races and Slots is a 15 minute drive away. Do a lot of people need to take showers in the morning? No worries, with the high powered tankless water heater you are ensured to not run out of hot water.

fun stay in a beautiful location
We really enjoyed our stay at the Train Station. The location was out of the traffic of the tourist areas, but they were easily accesible. It was very peaceful in the woods and the house itself was well stocked and the beds were comfortable! If you are looking for a place that has a great place to hang out together as a family (like a comfortable living room with a big sectional sofa) this is not the place you are looking for. If you are like us and spend most of your waking hours out doing different activities and need a clean comfortable place to eat meals, bathe and sleep, the Train Station would be hard to beat.

Wonderful
Booked for my daughter and her bridal party the night before her wedding. The hosts were wonderful to work with and responded to all of my questions and messages promptly. They even decorated the rental for my daughter and left cookies as a congratulations! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful!
Our family really enjoyed staying in this cozy guesthouse. The children loved the train in the kitchen ceiling, the loft/bunk and the large selection of games. The area is quiet, beautiful and close to Harper's Ferry. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Home away from home❤️
This lovely home tucked in the woods was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The master suite was spacious, the master bathroom was beautiful! Our children liked the bunk beds so much they dreamed of how we could remodel our house as such. They had everything in the kitchen you need. I liked that there was a full washer and dryer as well.
