Come in and feel good - in our "imperial apartment" in the Villa Sanssouci in Heringsdorf on Usedom. An entire floor of the villa is yours alone: on a total floor space of approx. 150m² you have three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen with veranda. A spacious hall, a beautiful balcony and a parking space on the farm complete the offer of this unique holiday home. Enjoy the very special living atmosphere and feel the flair of yesteryear: restored ceiling paintings, original stucco, high ceilings and a high-quality oak parquet give this apartment the beautiful atmosphere. Additional amenities such as a whirlpool bath or a seasonal beach chair on the beach are additional amenities offered by this apartment.
In the yard a car can be parked in a dedicated parking lot (free of charge). You bring your own bicycles to the storage room. For a fee, a directly in the apartment washing machine can be used.
Living and cooking
A generous sitting area invites you to linger in the living room. Here every guest finds his favorite place. The right entertainment is provided by a large flat-screen TV. Likewise, you like to stay in the large kitchen with its own dining group. The cozy country kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hobs, large fridge and dishwasher and microwave and leaves nothing to be desired. Even a coffee machine is available. From the kitchen you can reach the porch furnished with wicker chairs. In a quiet side street near the center is the lavishly restored villa. Bakers, shops, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach with the longest pier in Europe is less than 400 meters.

There are two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of them with a cozy writing and sitting area. In the third bedroom are two single beds, which can also be put together to a double bed. In all rooms there is sufficient wardrobe space for the holiday wardrobe.

Two beautiful bathrooms with large showers offer comfort and relaxation. In particular, the whirlpool tub with massage and air bubble nozzles invites large and small guests for a pleasant bathing pleasure.
