Come relax in our Anna Maria Island retreat! Our two bedroom cottage w/ private outdoor space is just 3 short blocks from the beach. This rear unit of a single story duplex is located on a quiet dead end street with no through traffic.

An open floor plan perfect for entertaining with large living room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and a newly remodeled full bathroom.

Outdoors you'll find plenty of room to lounge, soak up the sun, or gather for a meal out on one of the patios.

Amazing location… and scent-free property !
If the beach is what you’re after, this is the perfect property. A two-minute walk and your toes are in the white powdery sand of beautiful Holmes Beach. The house is just like in the pictures. Airy, roomy, and pristine clean. Very private, too ! The kitchen is big enough so two can cook. And the grill is clean and functional. We were there for a month (two adults) and would have stayed longer. Bonus : for those who, like me, get migranes because of odors, I cannot emphasize enough the difference a scent-free property makes ! Everything in this house is scent-free. No perfumed towels or sheets, or annoying air-fresheners. Which is a big plus. I enthusiastically recommend !.

Anna Maria Island Return Stay 2024
This was our second stay at this Holmes Beach property. Overall everything was a great as it was last year. The home is fresh, clean and very private. The access to everything AMI has to offer is close since this location is almost in the middle of the island. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach that is a short walk from the house. Also we would ride our bikes to either the north or south ends of the island. Very doable from the location. The food and beverage options across AMI are terrific and easy to explore. Overall we highly recommend Julie and Dominic and their terrific beach home.

GREAT 5 WEEKS
Outstanding vacation and 5 minute walk to beach. The home pretty much had everything we needed and all requests were met. The only thing was that the slider door was installed backwards and the safety block of wood did not work. Loved the outside shower on hot days. The Island was magnificent with tons to do.

Outstanding AMI Getaway
We are very impressed with the property and even more so with our hosts. The home is cheerful, clean and comfortable. Our hosts provided new bedding and towels along with a fully stocked coffee station. The home is in very private area with only a few minute walk to the beach. Also the location is perfect for great bike rides to either the north or south ends. Overall we would highly recommend our hosts and their terrific beach house. You won’t be disappointed.
