Holiday house in the beautiful south of Sardinia, with space for up to 8 people.

From the roof terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea, which is only 50m away and you can relax in the large garden.

The house has two levels with a separate entrance and a large garden of approx. 350 m², which is planted with palm trees, olives and eastern trees and has a grill.
The building consists of 3 bedrooms, new bathroom, new kitchen and dining / living room.

The following has been updated:
New mattresses in all beds, towels, new kitchen including extensive dishes, fridge, large hob, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster. New tiles in the bathroom and large shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Carport so that the car can park in the shade. Hot water outdoor shower. Lounge furniture, deck chairs, high chair, and much more. The house is in good general condition with tile / porcelain stoneware floors.

The house has a large garden for exclusive use and is separated from neighbors by a fence, so children can play in peace. The house has its own entrance.

Nice place
We really had a good time and enjoy staying in Thomas’s place. Sandra was also very helpful. Our children appreciated playing in the garden. We felt like we were at home. We recommend this lovely and quiet place and for sure we will come back again !

Schönes Haus mit Meerblick von der Dachterrasse
Das Haus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer und bietet genügend Platz für mindestens 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf der Dachterrasse, wo wir den Tag bei einem Wein haben ausklingen lassen. Die Nähe zu Pula ist ebenso ein großer Pluspunkt, dort kann man hervorragend Essengehen, Einkaufen und den Abend verbringen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter woe auch zu Sandra vor Ort war en ebenfalls bestens. Herzlichen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
