The owners enjoy this comfortable one level condo from November to May and would love to share it with you the other months of the year.

This 2 bedroom villa has it all. Close to the beach, with views of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course from the back patio and a sunroom office with two desks and monitors in case you need to get some work done.. The living room has a 58" Smart TV and comfortable seating perfect for sprawling out to talk about all your adventures at the end of the day. The primary bedroom has a new King mattress and a 40" Smart TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a 40" Smart TV. There are front and back patios for relaxing and enjoying your coffee. This is the owner's home so it is fully provisioned. There are games, puzzles, and books if you need a little down-time from all of the outdoor activities. The villa is a third of a mile to the beach and The Sea Pines Beach Club, home to Coast Restaurant and Oceans Lounge..

Sea Pines offers miles of leisure trails, perfect for biking and walking, three public golf courses, pickleball and tennis, and miles of white sandy beach. Enjoy shopping and dining in Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center and South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog, all without leaving the gates of Sea Pines. There is often live music at all of these locations. Oceanfront Dining is available at Coast and Ocean Lounge at the Sea Pines Beach Club, if you enjoy golf course views you might like Links at the Harbour Town Golf Club or Fraser's at the Plantation Club. Links has a lovely brunch on Saturday and Sunday with unlimited Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. You can take a dolphin or sunset cruise from Harbour Town or South Beach Marina. There is a great playground in Harbour Town.

You might also enjoy the playground at Celebration Park, near Coligny Beach and Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops and restaurants. There is also a playgound, shopping and dining at Shelter Cove Park where they have fireworks on Tuesday nights..

Clean,great location, super comfortable
The host does a great job and has all things necessary to spend a great Beach vacation. Kitchen is super practical with new appliances and in general, bedrooms and social areas are big and comfortable - I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location
This condo was perfect for a 5-night stay for my wife and I but it is large enough for a small family. It is a 10 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride to the Beach Club and beach which was very nice. Some downsides are having to cross the street with bikes (only a problem for younger unescorted kids), no access to a pool, and dated (but fully usable) bathrooms and kitchen. The unit also has an extensive office/desk area which we used and appreciated but which some guests might want to be configured as another lounge area or breakfast eating area. Overall, a good setup and very good location!

Lovely spot on Lighthouse Rd
We very much enjoyed our stay on Lighthouse Rd in Sea Pines. It was perfectly sized for our family of four, with two nice sized bedrooms and a very large living and dining space. The office space was a bonus for getting some work done, but mostly we enjoyed being able to make the short trek on the bike trail to the beach. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient, not far from Marriott Monarch
Family of 4, kids ages 8 and 11, extended family staying at Marriott Monarch and Greenwood Forest. Plenty of seating and living room space, kitchen stocked with all we needed, convenient “office” area to get some work done and 3 TV’s were appreciated! Unit was clean and cool, even too cold at times but it was so refreshing in the middle of the summer. We were able to use the pool at Marriott and Greenwood Forest with family, otherwise we would not have stayed somewhere without a pool and beach access. Bike rental at the Plantation club was walkable, and they pick up from the unit at the end of the week. Easy contactless check-in/check-out. No one was staying in the other units in our building so it was quiet. Overall a very nice stay.

Amazing stay!
This was the perfect property for us! The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for 4. They had 2 work from home stations set up that we took advantage of. The living room area was very comfortable and the kitchen had great amenities. The location was perfect for our group, a short bike ride to the beach and close to everything! We would stay here again!
