Close to spring training, and Grand Canyon College, Completely Remodeled & new!

Light and bright modern comfy! The kitchen that is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a Fabulous meal. This newly remodeled and updated home has all the necessities for a fun and relaxing vacation. The beautiful outdoor space is perfect for dining, soaking up the sun while relaxing poolside, playing games which include corn hole life-size Jenga and a floating putting green. Just added hot tub and tv on the patio to watch the big game on! In the bar area near the kitchen, there is a backgammon/chess game table for hours of entertainment indoors. The Dining Area provides seating for up to nine people.
All three bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses luxury linens for a great night sleep. Beach towels extra pillows blankets are supplied along with games for indoor time.
This newly updated home is located minutes from freeways that can get you across town anywhere you wanna go effortlessly. Sky Harbor airport is 20 minutes, State Farm Stadium 25 minutes away! Quiet neighborhood with Lots of restaurants and golf courses within five or 10 minutes. Spring training fields close by.
Pool is not heated but hot tub will be heated in the winter months.
There is a security camera in the carport for security purposes facing out in the driveway.

Lovely home - Excellent stay in Arizona!
This house was just perfect for our family of 4 - including my 3 kids - 17, 15, and 11.... Great space that is lovely and clean and new. Beds are super comfy, house has air conditioning, kitchen well stocked, and lots of living space to enjoy. We had a fantastic time in the pool - complete with floaties and toys - beautiful surroundings. Carie was very accommodating and responsive in our communications. Check in and out was easy to navigate and neighbourhood is very pleasant and quiet..also super closer to the highway and amenities. We traveled here for baseball tournament and the fields (Surprise, Glendale, Peoria) are all within 20-25 minutes max which was also very handy. We would absolutely stay here again! A gem of a find!

Carie was very accommodating & went the extra mile in making our check in/out as easy as possible! The home was very tidy & the amenities were very thought out! Enjoyed a dip in the pool too!! I highly recommend booking this property & plan on staying here again!!

The owner was great to work with. The house was clean and smelled like it was just washed. Pool and hot-tub were both great. Only 20 minutes from airport and State Farm Stadium. If I ever come back to Phoenix I would definitely stay here again

Spring Break Getaway
First time in Phoenix didn't disappoint. This rental was centrally located with lots of dining options close. We enjoyed a trail ride and Spring Training in Phoenix and made the road trip to see the Grand Canyon one day. Carie was great. Would definitely recommend!
