We stayed for one week here in April.
Here are the positives: The location is great - you can walk to the hike/bike trail, downtown, Soco, etc. and to lots of good restaurants and bars nearby.
The view of Austin was lovely. The apartment is on the 31st floor, so as long as you aren't afraid of heights you'll love it! The pool on the rooftop is nice and we spent some time lounging up there.
Here are a few reasons I didn't give this property 5 stars: there were a few items that we could have used that weren't there, like teatowels for drying dishes. There was a dishwasher, but it would have been wasteful to run a dishwasher for two people. And we would have run out of dishes to use.
The info provided in advance told us that there was a Nespresso, so that's what we had prepared for. But when we arrived we realized it was a Keurig, which is not compatible.
The sink in the bathroom took about 5 minutes to drain.
I found a beer bottle cap under the bed.
There were only 2 functional elevators for 33 floors, so you spend a lot of time waiting for elevators.
While waiting for a very long time for an elevator, we noticed that the AED machine on the 31st floor is expired. My husband works in healthcare and notices this type of thing.
The bed was so soft and terribly uncomfortable! Maybe some people like soft beds but we didn't.
I would still recommend this property because most of these are easy fixes or aren't deal breakers.
