1st Level
The spacious back porch provides exquisite canal views and features ample seating room for lounging in the sun or enjoying the ocean breeze. Coral Lagoon Resort presents an airy layout and alluring tropical themed décor throughout all the homes. Unwind in the roomy 1st-floor living room area that has abundantly cushioned seating centered around a 50 inch TV that is equipped with cable . The couch pulls out into a queen bed for additional guest accommodations.

The gourmet kitchen holds stainless steel appliances, elegant granite counters, and a air fryer/toaster oven for quick snacks! Enjoy a quick snack on the stools at the breakfast bar or dine-in at the dining room table that provides seating for up to six people.

2nd Level
The bedrooms upstairs are all equipped with painted furniture and comfortable bed linens. The Master Suite offers a luxurious King sized bed, a private bath, a flat-screen TV, and a romantic private balcony with seating for two. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are furnished with one Queen sized bed and two Twin sized beds respectively. They share a full bath and covered balcony for the ultimate relaxation

The Reel E Sea accommodates every fishing and boating need, providing guests with use of an onsite full marina adjacent to the resort grounds including fuel, ice for purchase and a fish cleaning tiki. Boat launching for guests can be arranged directly with the marina! Reel E Sea provides a bait freezer on the back porch and electric grill Your boat slip is included your Tropical Retreat vacation rental (slip 17 just steps down from your back door)

When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property. *** All boats must also be insured, please contact the dock master at the marina for further information, phone number is listed below. *** ONLY 1 BOAT IS ALLOWED!
