A & B TRAIL HOUSE @ Hatfield-McCoy Trails, 5 Beds Plus and 2 Baths

A & B Trail House, a 4 Bedroom dwelling, with 5 beds Plus 2 Baths, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry unit, four TVs and multiple sized beds. Two large lighted parking areas which are toll free and suitable for large trucks and long trailers are on site. The lighted carport in back houses ATVs, DIRT BIKES, UTVs and Cars and Trucks. An attached water hose is available for ATV riders. A lighted online workspace is available for all with a compact refrigerator for extra drinks. Patio furniture is housed on a 16x20 screened-in porch for outdoor dining and recliners for relaxation. Indoor dining has a fully stocked kitchen enhanced with a microwave blender and toaster. Pots pans utensils plates cups and glasses are present along with dishcloths and cleaning supplies. A coffee nook with a new Keurig and Mr. Coffee is present. The living room has five reclining units with futon and a 60 in TV. DVDs are abundant and there are numerous magazines for the avid reader. 3 1/2 bedrooms house a King, Queen, Full and 2 Twin-sized beds Futon with plenty of blankets and extra pillows. A large air mattress can provide more bedding when needed. Bed spaces have a Smart TV and a firestick for streaming numerous programs. FREE WIFI GOES THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. There’s lighting on both the front and back porches and motion lights, as well. A keyless pad lock is on the back entrance and padlocks are present on all entry doors. Fire alarms are installed and a fire extinguisher is present. Disinfectants are used throughout the unit for health and safety.

Perfect Place!
We stayed at A&B Trail House, for our Memorial Day weekend. The property Manager called a day prior to walk us through directions since this specific property is “semi-remote” to cell service. Our group left after work Thursday night for our 9 hour travels, landing us at A&B Trail House roughly at 2:30 am. Around 11pm, again the Property Manager called me asking if we were ok. (Above and beyond hospitality!) and reconfirmed the directions as we approached the pour cell signal areas. The property itself was spotless! All information on the booking website was accurate and not altered (as some past properties we’ve stayed at were). The location of the house is perfect for the Head Trails and also Sightseeing for miles and miles. If you are planning to stay in West Virginia for riding the trails - look no further! From managing, hospitality, cleanliness…this is the PERFECT PLACE!

I am a person who enjoys meeting people from all over the U.S. and seeing them enjoy their vacation with their friends and family. I like cleaning this rental and supplying it with items so guests can feel comfortable and enjoy it while they're here. I was born and raised here, and I also have a Side by Side. I enjoy riding the trails with friends and know this area quite well. I like riding my road bike, as well. I have the best husband, an adorable daughter and two exceptional grandchildren. So, I know how important family time is and how important it is to get away from work and make memories with them. I am very accommodating, and you can contact me, anytime.

Why they chose this property

A & B is located 5-6 miles from three major trails within the Hatfield n McCoy Trail System. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from other houses, where you can sleep well and have your privacy. It has an outdoor fireplace with free firewood and room for an 18x20 screened in porch housing a patio table on which to eat. A new grill and a refrigerator sit on the deck with recliners and rockers. It's just like being at home, but more relaxing. Sensor lights and deadbolt locks only add to the peace of mind in this peaceful setting. Although our property has never been stolen from and no one has had any problems here.

What makes this property unique

A & B is an entire spacious house which gives each person their own personal space. It's about 6 miles from three major trails; the Devil Anse, Rockhouse and Buffalo. It's only 2 miles from a well-stocked Dollar Store and close to two gas stations. It houses a huge living room and an 18x20 screen-in porch for large gatherings and socializing. It has two huge driveways and can accommodate at least up to ten people comfortably.
