Home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps up to 9 people. Master Bedroom with ensuite bath , king sized bed, and TV. Fully stocked kitchen for those wanting to stay in and cook. Open floor plan with comfy seating and dining area. Game room to provide endless fun with family or friends. Try your luck at the pop a shot basketball or get a game of 4 player NBA Jam on the arcade games.

Backyard features a huge covered patio with sectional couch and ping pong table. Pool has plenty of seating and lounge chairs for up to 8 people. Other fun activities included are basketball court and trampoline. All this in a private and serene setting with plenty of green.

Ideal location with some of the Valley's top dining , shopping, and nightlife just minutes away. Arcadia offers great activities and easy access to golf and hiking.

Upon approved booking you will receive an email notification with a contract and pool safety notice along with other things to know about the home. As we grow closer to your stay you will receive additional information and check in instructions as well via email. We have worked to provide as much information as possible prior to your stay so you can enjoy your time upon arrival.

This is not a party house and no loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated at all. If you're looking to be out of control this is not the place. We welcome our guests to always have fun but it has to be done in a respectful manner as you would in your own home.

Pet Friendly Home - Pets are allowed on an approved basis. Must contact host prior to booking for pet approval and fee of $100 will apply for approved pets.

Kid Friendly Home - We love families traveling together and kids are always welcome. If you need a pack and play or high chair for your stay just ask and we can have them ready for you.
