Cozy and Comfy
Great home to unwind after a day of seeing the town. Was great to be able to cook breakfast or a meal at our own convenience. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area

My name is Chris Gardner and I born in Germany. This has been my second home for many years, and I hope you are going to enjoy staying here as much as I have!

Why they chose this property

The house is very cozy and features and full kitchen with view of the outdoor porch and orchard. We also have a wood burning fireplace and 2 bedrooms that fit comfortably a family. Our house is within walking distance of downtown Kingman and has breathtaking views.

What makes this property unique

Here, you and your family can enjoy the lovely view and sunsets or sit in the backyard drinking a cup of coffee. This unique 50's built house could be a resting stop on your way to the Grand Canyon, or your home away from home.

You will find a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a fully equipped kitchen and living space that opens up to an outside porch at your disposal. The patio has great views and leads to the orchard.

The main entrance is on the other side of the house. You enter through the main porch and yard to get to the lockbox.
