The property was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has plenty of room to work, all the necessary equipment. Bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. It had everything we needed.
Be aware: The owner requires a substantial damage deposit. They state that they are the sole determent party that determines whether or not you get a refund. As I recall, they collect it at time of booking, (and at the end of the process, with no real warning) which is a long time to tie your money up. We selected the other option of purchasing additional insurance (through them) to cover any possible damages. Having rented VRBO and other similar accommodations all over the country, this was the first time I had encountered such a thing. And we didn't learn about it until making the reservation/purchase, not in the planning stage. We were too short of time, and heavily invested to make other arrangements, but were actually offended. Just consider the additional insurance as another expense at staying at this location.
That being said, the place was great, and everything went smoothly. We left no reason for them to make an insurance claim.
