About this property

4 BR Ranch Stay on the Duck River with Ponds HS#3

The Ranch is an amazing oppertunity to stay in a nice house on 170 acres of working cattle ranch with horses. We have a small lake with 3 ponds which are great for fishing and swimming as well as over a mile of duck river front property. Play in the river or sit on the dock and read a book. This is an amazing place for groups of all sizes!

We are very rural but grocery stores and civilization are only about 15 minutes away.
We are also located near Dickel, Uncle Nearest as Jack Daniels.

This ranch is large open rolling hills of grass and hay. We are uniquely positioned along the river with some of the best river access in the state. We have a bonfire bit by the river that is available upon request as well as tons of space for football, basket ball, a volleyball court and some portable disc golf baskets. To fish in the ponds you do not need a license but you do need one if you are planning to fish in the river!

You have access to just about all of the property so feel free to roam around! Please don't go in any buildings that are not your house you are staying in and please do not go inside of the fence with the animals. Even though they are friendly they can also be dangerous.

Just a note. This house does not have wifi or Tv service currently. We are working on that for the future. It does have a DVD player so feel free to bring some of your own movies or rent one at redbox in town!

I live and work on the property and am fairly available. Feel free to call or text to ask any questions!

Rural farm community. We do have a couple of neighbors on the road into the property but no one is immediately near. We do have 5 houses on the property that have staff and guests at all times.

You can drive on paved roads to most of the property. Feel free to walk around!
Anyone under the age of 18 around a body of water needs to be supervised by an adult.

Fantastic property!
I stayed here with some friends for an event nearby as it could house quite a few of us. The property exceeded expectations and we wish we had stayed a little longer. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The land itself is beautiful and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

Get away
Always looking for a quick getaway, found this place and loved it! My husband is an outdoor person and throughly enjoyed the entire ranch. Super friendly host and very spacious. We plan to return with our kids and grandkids.

Darren is the executive director of Riverbend Ranch and Retreat. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit boys' home and retreat center. Darren and his family moved to the ranch in 2021 to take on the challenge of making Riverbend Ranch a place for the community and a safe and consistent home for the boys that live here.

Why they chose this property

Riverbend Ranch is a very special place. Its rolling grass hills and unbelievable sunsets are all surrounded by the river and ponds. It's a great get-away group of any size and a unique find. It's very quiet, and there is lots of space to wander around and be in nature away from the city.

What makes this property unique

The best river access on The Duck, Ponds filled with bass, blue gill, and catfish. We've got a basketball court and all the animals to create a perfect getaway.
