The units we rented were clean and quiet. There were plenty of towels, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc in the units. The beds and furniture were comfortable and clean. The showers are a little small but worked fine. I'm 5' 10" and weigh 175lbs so a bigger person might be a little uncomfortable in them, though you could use one of the hot tubs. Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay and plan on doing it again next year.
