The screened in patio is a quiet place to unwind. Nearby Highlands Hammocks State Park is the perfect place for hiking and seeing nature. All one floor with no steps. Close to the hospital.

Central FL location is 90 minutes from Tampa or Orlando and theme parks and international airports. Reach the Atlantic ocean or Gulf of Mexico in less than 2 hours.

Bed in room #3 was a Queen. My husband and I have a King, but the Q was comfortable enough that we still slept well. Everything we needed was provided-detergent, softener, body soap, TP, plus appliances. We didn't find the ice trays until we were ready to leave, though, because I'm short and didn't look high enough. Great, quiet location. Left Mom by herself all day and she wasn't worried at all. If she goes with us again, to visit her brother, we'll most likely stay at this house if it's available.

Not a great neighborhood
On the first night the police showed up to the neighbors house and arrested someone. The rest of the week was not so relaxing thinking about what else was going on with the neighbors. But the house was clean, beds were fairly comfortable. It was close to a lot of food and shopping options.

Visiting family member receiving care. House was very close so convenient. Very basic home with comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. Management easy to deal with with excellent communication

Great location in a quiet neighborhood
This 2 bedroom 2 bath home had everything the 3 of us needed. Communication with the owner was prompt and complete. Experienced no problems.
