The property was okay the area was great internet was off the first day but the host quickly got it fixed and everything was good after that Mrs.Karen was a very nice lady me and my family will most definitely book again in the future

Perfect for what we needed
It was a nice little place and got the job done for what we needed. Some repairs needed to be done while we were there and the house was very warm when we got there. The window unit AC eventually got it cooled but it took a while. Nice snack basket let for us and could tell the owner took care to make guests feel at home. All in all we would return

Lollapalooza stay
We stayed here for lollapalooza and everything was great, only small issues were noise from being located near the hospital and issues with the shower knob being loose.

Festival Stay
We needed a place that would accept under 21. This house was very clean when we arrived, and the host left detailed instructions in a folder. Only complaint is that it’s across the street from a hospital, so you may hear some sirens. I bought some trusty earplugs that blocked the sound out though. Overall, if you need a place to stay, I HIGHLY recommend this house!
