Please clean up after your pet. There is cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.
Notify me if there are any issues with the hot tub cleanliness upon arrival. There will be a $50 extra cleaning fee on the hot tub if water is dirty upon checkout. If the water level gets too low on the hot tub, please use the hose to fill it.
Patio Furniture cushions and umbrella are kept in storage boxes in the laundry room of the guest house. Please return them to the boxes when you leave or if it is windy.
We would appreciate no food or beverages in carpeted areas of the home, besides the dining room.
Please notify me if the house is out of any supplies, if anything is broken during your stay. And notify me of any issues during your stay so that I can try and take care of them for you.
Lock Doors and Windows when you are not at the property.
No loud outside activities between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Please lock the doors when leaving the property.
Please keep the AC at 70 degrees or above and the Heater no more than 65 degrees
