About this property

Older home near the college campus

This house is within walking distance to the SDSU campus, Art Museum, and it is extremely close the amenities of downtown Brookings.

During the summer months the home sleeps 2 guests due to the avialability of 1 parking space. The house has a fenced back yard, central air, wifi and two tvs with cable/roku. There is a small tv on the main floor living room, and a large tv in the basement living room. There is also an additional sink and toilet in the laundry room in the basement.

The parking spaces for vehicles are on the driveway, and there is room for 3 vehicles from Sept-May, After May 7th there is parking for 1 vehicle. Street parking is not available.

Please note that all of the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the upstairs level, and the rental DOES NOT include the detached garage.
