Welcome to the Lake front 3 bedroom house with an outside sea wall patio with full view of the lake Erie, fire pit, BBQ machine, very spacious kitchen, bathroom, living room & dining area. You can come and relax with the whole family and enjoy the view of nature and sun rise through lake Erie.
You can also sit outside and enjoy barbecue and small camp fire with your family and/or friends.
Great place to celebrate your honeymoon or staycation or fishing trip or work from this peaceful house and enjoy the lake view.

The house is newly renovated to tip top shape, it is occupied with 2 queen beds - sleeps 4, 1 double/full bed - sleeps 2 and 1 sofa bed - sleeps 1.

It has boiler heating and ductless air conditioner in the main floor and window air conditioners upstairs.

It has a nice size back yard with concrete deck to enjoy the water front.

5 car parking or 2 pickup trucks with boat trailer along the fence, also have 1 spot across the road.

It occupied with a full size stainless steel fridge, electric stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, pop corn maker, washer and dryer.

Kitchen has all sizes of pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, and if we miss any, please let us know and we will make sure to have them before your next visit.

Enjoy indoor dining table with 4 chairs and a bench for 2 to 3 people.

If you get a chance, you can taste the delicious food in the great local restaurant with in walking distance.

Living room sofa can be use as bed as well; 50" smart Samsung television is setup with HD receiver, you can watch new movies, sports and anything and everything you can imagine, and in many languages; I am sure you will love it and it is all complimentary for you.

Please use the patio table with 6 chairs (stored in the shed) and more chairs around the camp fire for you to enjoy. You don't want to miss the sun rise, it is very beautiful to watch.

Swim at your own risk.
Basement is NOT accessible; paddle boat & kayak are for private use only (not for guest to use).

The house is occupied with smoke & CO alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit for your safety.

Also please keep your outdoor shoes by the front porch and use your indoor shoes inside if needed, always hold the hand rails when you go up and down on the stairs; keep the house clean and be safe and enjoy your stay.
