Summer has arrived to the Catskills! Relax in the spring fed claw foot tub, take fly fishing lessons, canoe/kayak the Delaware, explore farmers markets and farm to table restaurants, hike the mountains, play yard games, or roast marshmallows under the stars. Bring your fishing poles to the best trout fishing in the country. Nestled between the towns of Hamden and Downsville minutes to the Delaware River and Pepacton Reservoir, this campy, vintage inspired Catskills cabin is calling you.

-Pets are welcome for a fee. Please do not bring pets without paying pet fee. Additionally, please specify the appropriate number of guest so that we can guarantee the correct number of towels, etc.

-This cabin comfortably sleeps three people, with two sleeping areas, including an open main loft sleeping area with a queen bed on the 2nd floor overlooking the downstairs living space along with a small separate twin nook/office on the opposite end of the catwalk. While the twin sleeping nook is mostly private, due to the open features of the sleeping areas, this cabin is best suited for a couple or small family. There is a clawfoot soaking tub that also has a shower, and a fire pit and grill on property.
-The property boast 2.5 acres of grassy field and woods with mountain views and natural mountain springs, one of which provides potable drinking water directly to the cabin. There is a partial fence, but the property is not completely fenced in. This cabin is natural gravity spring fed, sometimes impacting water pressure. Baths are best. Often you can hear the sounds of the Telford Hollow Creek located across the street. You will be the only guests on the property, which is conveniently located on CR-26, a main road connecting Downsville to Hamden. The surrounding areas of Downsville, Hamden, and Delhi are classic Western Catskill farming and dairy towns, and the cabin is set right off of the road for easy year round access.
-Absolutely no smoking or vaping in cabin or on porches. Tobacco and vaping products of any kind are not allowed anywhere on the property.
-Please clean up after your pets and use provided crate if leaving them alone. Please use provided couch cover.
-Firewood can be purchased from any local convenience store in Hamden, just three minutes away.
-This is a cabin and, as such, you can expect the occasional critter or insects. We do our best to make our space as comfortable as possible, but if that’s not your kind of vibe, this may not be your kind of space.
