Nice place and nice neighborhood
First of all the check in process was easy and the communication with the host was also easy. We had to wash the kitchen floor when we arrived, it looked to be missed from previous stay. One big issue was the heat for the pool and spa. The pool never did get heated because there were issues with the pump. The spa did heat up after a few days but the timer was wrong and would shut off and we would have to start it manually. Luckily one of the guests was a HVAC person and could keep it running but the timer was never fixed and lost count of the number of people that came to look at it. Also the WIFI did not work when we were all on it. If everyone had there WIFI off, then one person could stream or use the WIFI on their phone. Most of the time we had to use cellular because the WIFI was so bad.

Weekend in vegas
Came for the weekend with my brother and some of his friends! We had a great time and the house was awesome! Gas grill was convenient and we cooked up some steaks and tacos. Plenty of room for large groups, we had no issues with space or bathrooms since there were so many. The only thing I would say needs to be improved is that the internet access was a little slow. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!!
