Here is your 62m² 3-room apartment Boddendomizil, in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow, the gateway between the Baltic Sea and Bodden, in the old seafaring school. A dream for couples and families of all generations. The main building, the Alte Seefahrtschule, where your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, has been renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. The apartment created there is furnished in a modern yacht club style and is located on the 2nd Upper floor and is accessible via an elevator. The high ceilings and selected accessories underline the friendly and spacious character of the apartment. The apartment is accessible via an elevator. Start your day in the morning sun with a fantastic view over the lagoon landscape on the 6 m² east balcony, which you can reach from the living room and from both bedrooms. The apartment Boddendomizil is a stylish and modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are modern and friendly in the style of a yacht club. In both bedrooms you will find box spring beds (180 cm x 200 cm) with bedside tables and bedside lamps and a wardrobe. 32 inch TVs provide entertainment in the bedrooms. A safe in one of the wardrobes is available for your valuables. Across the hall, equipped with a wardrobe, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, you can access the large, light-flooded living-dining area.
