The Emma holiday home is located in the Bellin district of the Ueckermünde seaside resort. The house is a massive building with 2 holiday apartments, built around 1900 and renovated in 2018. The Hans apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via a 16-step staircase. The apartment is new and generously equipped with WiFi, flat screen TV, shower and corner bath. The rooms are very spacious and lovingly designed. Here you will find everything your heart desires. Outside there is a grill and fireplace as well as a modern, comfortable seating area for long summer evenings. There is also a great seating lounge (covered) for you to linger, have breakfast or spend a long night. You live on a fenced property and have free parking directly at the house. Shops are easy to reach (approx. 1.5 km), a bus stop is near the house and a restaurant with a hotel (with bowling alley, sauna) can be easily reached on foot in approx. 600 - 800 m. In the village there are several bathing beaches that are particularly suitable for water sports enthusiasts, including Gastronomy. The train station is about 4 km away and a wonderful forest surrounds Bellin and invites you to take long walks and bike tours.
