The former farmhouse has been stylishly restored and furnished. In the two former stables on the first floor you can now enjoy two living rooms with a long table and an open fireplace. In addition, on the first floor a playroom for the little ones! The four bedrooms are on the 1st floor. In front of the house there is a shady garden sitting area with barbecue. The spacious property is fully fenced. There are sun loungers for sunbathing and space and possibilities for ball games ? badminton, volley, boccia ? are also available. From everywhere you have a unique panoramic view on the mountains and hills of the surroundings; on the Monte Nerone (1525 m). Hiking trails invite you directly from the house - trek and bike through this impressive landscape, marked by vast forests, rugged slopes and cool torrents. Excursions: Next to Apecchio (9 km), Castello is the nearest larger medieval town well worth visiting (27 km); visit Urbino and Gubbio (each about 50 km) and conquer for yourself the small nice towns in the area, where you can taste everywhere the local specialties, as there are: Truffle dishes of all kinds, very special beers, game dishes and delicious cheeses. For a change a day at the Adriatic Sea? To Pesaro/Fano it is 77 km. 5.3 km unpaved access road, not suitable for low lying cars.
