Beyond expectations
The house was great! Back yard has a walkway all the way to the river, with a fence and gate, so safe for children, outdoor furniture and sitting areas, all covered. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bunk House
Plenty of room and a nice set up for a large group. House well maintained. Patio area is great! Everything was great! The only issue is parking.

I live in San Antonio but enjoy the Texas Hill Country and the Guadalupe River every chance I get. As the mom of three adult kids, we made wonderful memories at River Bend Bunkhouse. We've loved the house so much, we want to share with other families/groups.

Why they chose this property

It's located on the Guadalupe River!! The crystal clear, shallow water is safe for small children, adventurous for older kids and very relaxing for adults. Grab an inner tube (provided) or folding chair (not provided )and enjoy the cool, bubbling water. The house is very spacious and can sleep up to 18 people (max occupancy). The three bathroom are all new. It's clean, stylish but comfortable and well-stocked.

What makes this property unique

The kids will love the built-in bunk beds and the adults will enjoy the comfortable King and Queens. The three-level deck provide additional living and dining space. A Blackstone Grill is available for your cooking pleasure. The lighted, covered pavilion is a great space to unwind in the evening.
