This historic farmhouse is kid-friendly with ample play space inside, including a fenced in yard with swings, slide, sandbox, bikes, etc. A quiet family neighborhood with lots of land. Walking distance to schools, playgrounds, hiking trails, and working farms.

This home is 5 minute drive from Portsmouth/Exeter, 40 minutes from Boston, 5 minutes to the Maine coast, 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches (and best surf!) in New England (Jenness Beach, RYE NH) and only 20 minutes from multiple ski mountains.⛷

We are a family of 5 who loves the outdoors, traveling, spending time at the beach, listening to music, and having a great time! We mostly homeschool + world school our kiddos so that we can show them the beautiful world that we all share.

Why they chose this property

This modern farmhouse is a very special place. Spacious, bright, open and warm, she feels like a deep exhale whether you are visiting in winter, summer, spring or fall. Our home is set on a beautiful piece of NH land that abuts trees and a small apple orchard. There's a fenced in yard for your children to play and explore, plus a hottub for the adults to enjoy. It's in a quiet family neighborhood but is only a 5 minute drive to local beaches, mountains, farms and bustling towns.
