Very well located property, just minutes from best beach in Florida, Clearwater Beach, with its powder like sand and calm waters. The condo is very comfortable, featuring a spacious and well lit living-room, with an ample couch and a 45" TV, Roku, The kitchen has been renovated and features an induction cooktop for quick preparation of meals. The cookware for induction is provided as well as dinnerware, silverware, glassware and other utensils. Each bedroom has new furnishings and extremely comfortable mattresses, tvs, Roku and the master bedroom has a nice working station with a comfortable chair. Plenty of outlets to plug in your mobile devices and laptop. The air conditioning system is very efficient. The management is making several improvements to the complex and the pool is very clean. All bathrooms have body gell, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Hair dryer is also provided for your convenience. We also like to welcome our guests with different types of coffee (Keurig and regular coffee-maker), Splenda and sugar, non-dairy creamer and a wide variety of teas. There are walking closets and several spaces to keep your clothes and personal belongings. You will enjoy not only the beach but lots of entertainment including St. Petesburg famous museums and music events.

cockroaches and mold in bathroom
Everything is as shown in the pictures, but we got a problem with cockroaches invasion and mold in master bathroom. Linens also had some dirty spots. They refused to refund cleaning fee. The city is also prohibits less 30 days short-term rentals warning of suing both sides. Do not recommend renting there! Stay away!

Unfortunately I would not recommend this rental but it was a perfect convenient location
We arrived the Sunday after thanksgiving to a building brimming with trash outside, smelling like trash inside, with missing ceiling tiles with wires sticking out, dirty floors, broken elevator and into an unit with dirty sheets on the beds, dirty towels and also full trash barrel. Unfortunately they were unable to get anyone to clean until the following day so we cleaned and changed sheets and ran a laundry. Needless to say this was my first and hopefully last experience of this sort on VRBO. This rental is more suited for people that need to live in the area but there is nothing vacation about it. They don’t even have pool furniture but that would be a hard stretch for the management company that so poorly maintains the rest of the building. I must say that things did improve a bit after the first few days so someone was listening.

I travel a lot for work and this was one of the worst experiences in over 25 years. We arrive and the door lock does not work. An hour an a half later the owner finally calls locksmith that has to drill through smarth lock to get us in unit. Only to find it disgustingly dirty. Nothing had been cleaned from prior guests. I spent first 2 nights cleaning and doing laundry. There was left over food in refrigerator, dirty dishes and crumbs all over counter, food splattered in microwave, damp towels in dryer, washer full of towels, pile of towels on floor, bed sheets not changed, inch of dust on all night stands, bath rooms digustingly dirty. Owner said she had cleaner coming that night. Then later stated she had messaged the cleaning company...not that she had anyone coming. 3 days later she offered to have someone come but we had already cleaned the unit at that time. We even told her not to have anyone come because we had all of our belongings in there and had already cleaned it enough for our stay.
