Let Aqua Vista be your destination in Southwest Florida! As you enter this home, your eyes will immediately be drawn past the lanai and to the GULF ACCESS canal. You will be able to enjoy ALL Florida has to offer in this 4-bedroom / 2-bath home. Whether you enjoy spending time on the lanai, swimming in the pool, fishing in the canal or enjoy being central location to restaurants, dining or entertainment….you’ll be able have it all. After a busy day, you can also relax watching the sunsets on the screened lanai overlooking the GULF ACCESS canal. Master has a king bed, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and 4th bedroom has a full bed. There is a $25/day charge for pool heat or at a reduced rate for stays over 30 days. 6 guests are included in the posted rates. House holds up to 8 guests. Garage is unavailable.

Magnifique endroit!
Une maison parfaite qui avait tout ce dont on avait besoin. La terrasse avec piscine et vue sur le canal sont magnifiques et paisibles. La maison était propre et Marc a toujours répondu rapidement à nos besoins et questions. Cet endroit fut un coup de coeur pour toute la famille!
