The spring training facilities of the Atlanta Braves and the Tampa Bay Rays as well as multiple airports make the area ideal as a travel destination for many.

clean and quiet spot
Only issue was the check in process - I did not get the check in info on line, had to call the owner, this was not what I expected and would of preferred it to show on line at the check in time. The owner was quick to respond to the call and so that was ok. The patio was a concrete pad - would of benefitted from some patio furniture. The back property had 4 dogs that barked at us on our first day but I wasn't scared as there was a solid chain linked fence surrounding that property, I just had to remind my kids to not go up to the fence. House was very clean and overall that made the experience good. Comfortable 3 bedrooms with adequate space for a family of 4.

Visiting family and friends
We chose this property so that we could enjoy the ease and comfort of a house instead of a hotel. Price was great too. We used to live in Florida so it was easy to chose the location. Area was nice and quiet. Home was clean and just the space we needed for my family during this visit. Initially had some trouble getting into the property as I did not recieve the code email that was sent by the owner the night before. Once contact was made, the communication for the property was smooth.

We needed a nice clean, quiet place to crash while doing hurricane repair work. This place was exactly what we needed.

Wonderful property, lovely stay
We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful home. It was comfortable and well-appointed for a holiday stay. The house is conveniently located to just about everything. We have family who live in Port Charlotte and were able to have a big family dinner with everyone sitting around the table. The house has plenty of dishes, silverware and glassware. We especially appreciated having good cookware and appliances to make a homemade meal. We unexpectedly saved money on the trip because it was so easy to eat at home. The neighbourhood is quiet and well-maintained. The neighbours were friendly and we got to know quite a few of them on our morning walks. We had a little bit of trouble checking into the house but the hosts were quick to help us and couldn't have been more gracious in the way they managed a glitch. They were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We travelled from overseas and showed up jet lagged and exhausted. In no time at all we were feeling rested and extremely lucky to have found such a great place to stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Port Charlotte area.

Great place!
We stayed shortly after the hurricane and the home was great! Everything was taken care of or being worked on from the storm. Great communication from the property management! Awesome people. ☺️ Would def stay here again!
