Small, unique cottage with a lot of extras

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A serene, quiet cottage to relax in while exploring the Grand Canyon, Route 66, Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona. The home is centrally located in Historic Williams, Az and is within walking distance from downtown.

The home is located in a older residential street a couple of blocks from the railroad. The walls are over 18 inches thick so the train sound far off.

The home is uniquely renovated and upgraded with lots of perks. Enjoy home away from home.

The entire property is available for you to access other then the shed in the back yard.

Cute, clean little place to stay for the night
We were there for less than 18 hours but had a good time relaxing, making dinner, watching a movie and breakfast in the morning. Grand Canyon is an easy drive and we even got snow in April, crazy. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Alison

Cozy little house
Clean, cute, a fenced in yard for our dogs, and close to everything in Williams. Awe-mazing communication with Debra. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was flawless.

Wonderful Cottage
We loved our stop in Williams. This cozy home was clean, stocked, comfy, welcoming, all the positive adjectives! We had our pet with us and the fenced yard was so great. Extremely worth it to stay here as opposed to a hotel. Thank you so much to the owner!

Hello, I am a 52 year old mother of two adult daughters. I work within the community as as a Director of Accounting for a restaurant, brewery, winery and boutique hotel conglomerate. I love what I do and I love the community.

Why they chose this property

My goal for this cottage is for you to feel like you are home. I want my guests to feel that they can relax, unwind and enjoy the peace of a small mountain town. The train runs through town a block away, but the thickness of the walls, make the train seem distant. I have chosen many upgrades for the home so that it does not feel like a sterile place to stay at.

I have been a Superhost on the Airbnb platform for the last 3 quarters and I opened a year ago. I love that my guests enjoy the home as much as I have.

There is tourist shopping through downtown Williams, lots of unique restaurants and a variety of activities in town. Bearizona Wildlife Park, the roller coaster that is new to town, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock, skiing at Snowbowl - all of these are a short drive away.

What makes this property unique

The home is uniquely decorated in a country, bohemian, cottage feel.

I leave baked goodies on the counter, as well as either local beers or wines in the refrigerator. There are some spices, baking goods, and variety of items left in the cupboard, refrigerator and freezer to be used by guests.
