This two bedroom, two bathroom condo will open the door to a world of enjoyment that lasts throughout the seasons. Our stylish riverside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. Exceeded expectations!
My husband, son (11), and I stayed for 3 nights over Thanksgiving break. I really can’t say enough good things- the condo we stayed in (#134) was very clean (and I’m kind of picky about cleanliness). The condo interior and exterior is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is small but perfectly useable. The washer and dryer really came in handy. We used the hot tub which was lovely after a day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Love how close this location is to downtown Estes Park. The communication from the resort (mostly text) was very helpful and frequent. We want to come back and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience!
We loved this property! Conveniently located, all the amenities we could ask for, very clean, a beautiful creek right behind made it so peaceful. We were even graced with a group of elk. We will definitely recommend and return.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the condo with my husband and BFF and her husband. Easy check in and beautiful location. Loved hearing the river at night. Close to everything we wanted to do. 2nd bedroom was very small for 2 adults but we made it work.
