About this property

Spacious Clearbrook Townhouse located across from Loon Mountain

Spacious, fully-equipped, multi-level townhouse with views of Loon Mountain- perfect for a White Mountain getaway anytime of the year! Many nearby activities including: sightseeing, biking, skiing, hiking, swimming, etc.

Above the entry foyer is the kitchen, dining and living area with wood burning fireplace, flatscreen TV with Internet, Amazon Fire Stick (no cable, we stream) and deck access. The loft area contains a pyramid twin bunk. The top floor is a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and a full private bath. The lower level of the townhouse contains two bedrooms; one with queen bed, and a twin bunk and the other with a queen bed. Downstairs there is a full bath and laundry facilities.

All linens are included (beds are not made, linens are folded and left on beds to be put on) and there is a free shuttle to Loon Mountain during winter weekends/holidays (pending any COVID restrictions)

We DO NOT have pool access, however daily passes can sometimes be purchased at the Mountain Club or Nordic Inn.

Please make sure to remove all personal items including clothing and trash from drawers and refrigerator.

Excellent Rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner was attentive and quick to answer any questions. The condo was very clean, updated, and offered all of the comforts of home.

Roomy and Vibrant Property
This rental had everything our group needed and more. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and the furniture fit us all when we ate the table or chilled on the couch. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make for ourselves as well. The property is in an awesome location and we couldn’t have asked for better communication from the property manager.

Fantastic stay!
Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights over February vacation and it was great. It was just as advertised in the pictures and felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. The owner was in contact with us leading up to the stay and immediately answered any questions we had. They even supplied us with enough firewood for our 3 nights. Shuttle bus to the mountain was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Perfect townhouse for our two families
We would definitely stay here again. The townhouse was very comfortable for two families of four. The owner, Theo, was very responsive and helpful with our questions. The townhouse matched the description on VRBO. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very clean and tidy.
