Canyon Cove skier’s retreat

Amazing space for skier's or any group that want a central location and have all the comforts of home. Located in the coveted Mount Olympus area, close to all utah ski resorts, but still near Salt Lake City.
You will feel like your right at home with a full kitchen, laundry and outdoor area with a newly remodeled bathroom.
This seperate basement apartment has it's own private entrance and is an affordable, peaceful and centrally-located stay.
The space
Newly remodeled! Beautiful bathroom and updated kitchen with everything you will need. Soft beds with new linens and a comfortable stylish family room with cable TV!
Guest access
Entire basement and backyard, with fire pit and chairs, south patio gazebo area is not included.
Other things to note
Laundry room is shared but has a locked door on both sides., so no access to your apartment.

This is a great place centrally located with all the comforts of home! No more than 4 if comfort and privacy imp. Host has all you need ! Plush towels great bedding and decorated nicely! Stairs down can be dicey but no issues at all! Thank you for space heaters! Love the fact you have the basics spices cream sugar! Thank you! Had a great time!

Room for improvement.
The property was fine, but there were a few things that somewhat ruined the stay for us. The stone stairs down to the entry were uneven to begin with, and they were covered in ice. There was also ice in other spots along the pathway. The bucket labeled "salt" was filled with water, so we weren't able to deal with the ice on our own. The faucets in the kitchen and bathroom were both very loose. The soap dispenser in the kitchen didn't work at all, so there's no way to wash dishes aside from the dishwasher. The shower doesn't drain well, so within a couple minutes you're standing in several inches of water. There were also stains on one of the quilts. This place could be nice if some basic maintenance and upkeep was done.

Great Location for skiing all that Utah has to offer
Very nicely appointed basement home unit. Very convenient to services, skiing and airport. Located on quiet street. Some noise due to neighborhood dogs and can hear owners of house walking around upstairs at times.

Great Location
We spent a week in town snowboarding in Park City which was a short 20 min trip up the mountain. We spent a lot of time in Salt Lake city as well which was just 20 mins the other direction. This place had everything we needed to feel at home. Super cozy home, would definitely recommend!
