Cool and comfortable, this spacious home features multiple themed rooms to make your vacation even more special. Start by unwinding outside under the lanai, either in the private pool or on the multiple lounge chairs. This home is lovingly furnished inside and out for guest comfort, as well as equipped with central air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen features extra bar seating for quick meals or chef's helpers. An extra-long dining table and corner sofa ensure that everyone has a spot to relax. The Ghostbusters-themed garage game room features multiple activities (including a foosball table and an arcade cabinet) and a multi-row home theater. Upstairs, the second floor also features a pool table in a 1950s diner-themed living room. Younger guests can enjoy resting in the Mystery Machine in a special Scooby-Doo themed bedroom, right across the hall from a bedroom themed around The Smurfs. Every bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom or a private entrance to a full bathroom. Everyone will be able to find a relaxing spot in this bright, welcoming home.

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Vacation Spot
Beautiful laid out home, with plenty of room and amenities for the whole family. Would have given it a five star, however the hot tub wasn't heated, some of the wall stickers fell off and were left stuck on the floor, and the locked door knobs for the private owner areas fell off. Overall excellent choice for a family vacation.

STAY AWAY GAS WAS SHUTOFF FOR NON PAYMENT
Complete nightmare during our stay. Everything went wrong and only got worse as the time went on. When we arrived we were totally excited about the place and it looked great but we started having little problems at first. We started to unpack and get settled in and noticed an ant problem in the kitchen not a big deal we cleaned them up and let the property management team know about it. We then took some trash out and noticed the last person staying had not bagged their trash so there was loose trash in the outside garbage. At this property that isn't allowed so they wouldn't remove the trash during our stay. Not a huge deal so we rolled with it after letting the management company know once again. The next problem was we paid to have the pool and spa heated and the pool and spa were ice cold. We called once again and were told to wait 24 hours which we did and the next day we checked again still ice cold. At this point getting quite annoyed about the maintenance at this house we had booked for pool and spa and this was unusable with no heat in Florida winter. Vacasa said they would fix the problem and never did anything about the entire trip no heated pool or spa the entire vacation which was major disappointment for our kids and us. We had bought pool toys, floats etc to use on trip which were now useless. The final straw was when we found out that the gas line had been shutoff and red tagged for non payment. We were unable to use the stove or oven to cook food which we just bought for the week. Also unable to take a hot shower for the duration of stay because water heater was gas powered. We could wash our clothes but couldn't use the dryer either. Vacasa kept promising to fix the problem but never did anything so we were forced to stay in house with no gas for our vacation. No one from either place VRBO or Vacasa have done anything to help us out with getting a full refund on this trip. BEWARE DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
