Couches have attached usb ports to keep devices fully charged. Roku TV with GUEST MODE. Guest mode allows the guest to use their own subscriptions (youtube tv, amazon prime, hulu, netflix etc) and will automatically erase the info upon check-out date.

Pool Table - Full size pool table with all necessary accessories is in the main living space for guest entertainment.

Master Bedroom - California King Bed with Dream Cloud memory foam mattress. Touch operated lamps with dimming and usb port for device charging. Full length mirror. Attached master bath with full shower. Walk in closet with luggage rack. White noise machine and single package use ear plugs included to enhance guest sleeping experience.

Guest Bedrooms - The 2nd and 3rd Bedroom are down the hall in a split-wing fashion. These rooms are distanced from the master bedroom. Each room is furnished with memory foam mattresses, luggage rack, dimmable touch-operated side lambs with wireless charging and usb ports.

Bathrooms- Master bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. The 2nd full bath is down the hall for easy access from the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Bathrooms are stocked with q-tips, cotton swabs, black makeup towels, bathing towels, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, ample lighting, soap and shampoo.

Laundry Room - large capacity washer and gas dryer available for guest use. Iron and Ironing board are also located in the laundry room for guest use.
