Just what I was looking for.
We needed lodging for a rehearsal dinner in Lexington, a wedding in Jeffersonville, and hiking in Red River Gorge. This place was a central location, with enough beds and bathrooms for our family. The house was extremely clean, the check in/check out process was very simple, and the house looks just like the pictures in the listing. The house was well stocked with snacks, laundry pods, ziplock bags, cookware, etc. Best of all, the host was extremely comminicative with several issues (especially when we left a small load of laundry in the dryer; I'm so embarrassed we did this because we try to be good guests).

We really enjoyed our time at this house. Everything is very nice and clean. The property owners were great to communicate with. It's right off the highway, so it was a great location for us to be at with plans in varying locations.
