This is a conveniently located condo that sits just 100 yards from the beach, including private access. The interior has been completely refinished and has all brand-new appliances and bedding. The unit is two stories and has a queen in the master bedroom. There's a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle in the guest bedroom. Plus, there's a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the pool surrounded by palm trees. The condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores Beach and is minutes away from wonderful family attractions like the zoo, amusement/water parks, OWA, music venues, and The Wharf. You are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, including Sea and Suds, The Pink Pony, The Hangout, Mike's Seafood, Shrimp Basket, Bicycle Rental Store, Hooters, Desoto's, Surf Side Market, and many more. For those late-night munchies or early morning risers, Waffle House sits just next door. There are three charcoal grills and picnic tables available, located next to the pool, that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is an on-site laundry room with 5 washers and 5 dryers. You will also have 2 covered parking spaces. Pretty much everything you need very conveniently located, just as a vacation should be.

Family Spring Break Trip!
Everything was great about our trip. The kids had a blast, loved the pool! Very accurately described and we had everything we needed for the perfect family beach trip!

Clean and convenient
Overall, our stay was great! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The location was nice in that we could walk just about everywhere. The downside of the location had more to do with Spring Break than anything. Being right on E Beach Blvd meant that we were obliged to listen to every Spring Breaker in the area with a loud truck or car constantly cruising up and down the strip. Being next door to an all night Waffle House meant that they would congregate in the parking lot and rev their engines…this happened until 2:00 am on the last 3 nights we were there. This unit is on the same side of the complex as Waffle House, so there was really no escape. I would definitely come back, and use this unit. It is very nice and a fair price. But I would not come back during the weeks of Spring Break.

Great location
Location great right across the street from beach. Short drve to parks, restaurants, entertainment. We enjoyed the month's stay. Toaster was missing and replaced within a day. Minimum toilet paper, and dish soap provided. Dishwasher a plus. Bring your own supplies and groceries. Clean except for 2 throw rugs,vents, above fans and refrigerator. Second floor outdoor access like most of the properties in this location of the gulf.

Perfect Space
We stayed here with 7 people and while it was a tight stay, it was extremely nice and exactly as described. The whole process was easy and we had one problem with a curtain bracket coming out of the wall that was resolved immediately would stay here again!

First time at golf shores
Super cute place, loved everything. Good location. You can pretty much walk everywhere from the condo. Beach was also easy to get to. Will definitely stay there again.
