SUMMER: There’s a section of stairs going from the main house to the dock and boathouse which are very much sloping off-camber and scheduled to be replaced (work like this has to be booked out a year in advance, so we’re still waiting patiently for them to be fixed). They are stable, however due to the angle please exercise caution and walk down them slowly. It takes a village to keep the property in fantastic shape, thank you for your understanding as we work to fix this section of stairs.

You will not make it down our private road safely without a vehicle that has those features. We cannot accommodate weather-related refunds or changes, please plan accordingly.
