A nice place
A very nice condo in a low key complex. The amenities of this complex were great with a pool, hot tub, tennis courts and the beach across the street. The condo is small, but was very clean and accommodated us well.

Dirty, needs some deep cleaning, painting. Footprints on walls of both bedrooms.
AC worked great, beds comfortable. Dusty fridge top that is at eye level cuz it’s a small fridge. Needs a good paint job and cleaning. Great pool view

It’s an ok stay
It’s definitely a bang for your buck but also remember that you get what you pay for. The room doesn’t have cable or any type of smart tv to stream. So the tv’s are basically useless. Luckily it wasn’t too much of a problem for us as we travel with a Roku express for situations such as this. Also the code pad batteries died in the middle of our stay which was extremely inconvenient due to my recently potty trained baby needing to poop but luckily there was a public bathroom at the pool (thank god). They gave us the lockbox code to use a key for the rest of stay. In a nutshell if you take those two things out then it was a good stay!

Tiny but beautiful
This is a beautiful unit in the perfect location on 2nd floor overlooking the pool and lagoon. It has great piers for the kids to fish on. They have great rockers on the balcony to drink your coffee in the morning or watch the sunset. The only negative is that due to how small it is there isn’t much room to even put your suitcase down.(we had 5) They keep the extra comforters and bed linens in huge sacks on the floor of the closets so you can’t put your suitcase in there. If everyone has a separate suitcase it’s a problem. Suggestion to housekeeping-put the bag in a flat container under the bed. I will definitely rent this unit again ,but not with 4 children.

Great Condo and Beach!
What a great spot for a relaxing getaway! The condo is close enough to enjoy local amenities, but still quiet and relaxing. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea overlooking the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts with a view of the lagoon in the background was a perfect way to start the day. (The pool was currently closed, but the hot tub was working great!) We especially enjoyed the private beach access on the lagoon side for anyone staying in the condos, while just across the road was a very short walk to the public Gulf beach. So nice having both options. We are a senior couple, but I can see a family also enjoying this condo and access to both beach areas. We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable with updated decor. The check-in was easy, since we received an email with detailed instructions before our arrival. All in all, we had a great weekend and would not hesitate to book again!.
