This waterfront home on North Topsail Beach has a serene and comfortable interior, a great location, and all the conveniences of home.

After a fun day of exploring the town and lounging on the beach, return home to be greeted by comfortable furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area fit for four, and a lovely waterfront deck. At night, rest well in the uniquely appointed bedrooms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Comfortable Beach House for Two!
We had a long weekend stay, small house but has all you need for a couple, we cooked, enjoyed the beach rode our bikes, it was our first trip to Top Sail, we will return.

Needs cleaning
Location great. Very cute house. Couches/throw pillows, area rugs all quite dirty. Need professional cleaning or replacements. Fireplace dripped constant water into the decor when it rained. Underlying smell of mold in bathroom but no visible signs. Would return if FP repaired and deep cleaning done.

Perfect place for two people and a dog
Short walk across the road to the beach access. Very few people in the area compared to many other beaches. Perfect place to fish at the inlet next to the house.
