not quiet
Although it says "quiet" in the description, this house is at a busy intersection, next to a gas station and liquor store (as can be seen in the pictures), with traffic noise including trucks audible all night. Not quiet at all. I had to buy earplugs after the first night.
Third bedroom has a window (facing the street, east) with no shade or curtain at all, so there is also light coming in all night.
Same bedroom contains only a bed. No small table next to bed to put personal items (glasses, phone, book) and no larger table or dresser to put luggage on.
Rest of the house is also pretty bare bones, but acceptable.
There is no house number visible, so need to rely on GPS and pictures here to make sure you are going to the right house.
Much of this is correctable. Place would be ok with a window covering a little more furniture, but it still would not be "quiet."
