5 O'clock Somewhere is a beautiful condo in Key Allegro with gorgeous views of Little Bay from the patio. This is a two-bedroom, and two-and-a-half-bathroom condo that sleeps up to 6 people. Guests will also have access to a community swimming pool and a tennis/pickle ball court. Enjoy the weather and relax on the private patio decorated with beach decor. The living room and kitchen and half bath are on the main level with all bedrooms and full bathrooms on the second level.

Inside the condo you will find a nicely decorated open concept living area. The living room features a comfortable couch and a pull-out twin chair bed, flat screen TV, and access to a private patio overlooking Little Bay. There is a twin air mattress to accommodate a 6th person. You will find that the dining table seats up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. A half-bath is located on the first floor at the bottom of the stairs.

Up the stairs, the primary bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed and provides access to a private bathroom with a step-in tiled shower. This bedroom also offers a private balcony.

The second bedroom has a split-king sized bed, tv, and coastal decor that has access to the shared hallway bathroom featuring a step-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also features a convertible chair that converts to a twin-sized bed. Please note that the 'twin' bed in the second bedroom is a chair that converts to a twin size sleeper.

The back patio is the perfect spot to start your day and enjoy coffee while watching the sun come up. Included on the patio is a gas grill and seating for up to 4 guests around the outdoor dining table. On the upstairs balcony, there is a bistro set for 2 guests. This unit also features a designated boat slip that is located directly behind the condo, just a few steps from the back patio. Fish cleaning stations are also provided throughout the complex.

Please Note:
No boat or boat trailer parking is allowed at the complex. You can dock your boat at the condo, but you would need to find trailer parking elsewhere. The nearest boat ramp is Rockport Beach which does provide trailer parking. It should be noted that access into Rockport Beach is secured/gated.
