Welcome to your family's Tennessee dream summer vacation home! A beautifully designed, 7-bed vacation home "cabin" has been fully remodeled in the fall of 2022 & will be rented for the first time!! Come here to kick back, relax and enjoy the nature and peace of life in the Smokies! Whether you want to relax in the hot tub under the stars, have a beautiful outdoor meal, play games with the whole family, enjoy a movie in the new theatre or just enjoy each others company, this place is perfect!

• The cabin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of both short-term rentals and permanent residents. Parties are absolutely forbidden. If you plan to party, this is not the cabin for you.
• We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
• You will likely see and hear critters
• Bears are dangerous.
• We provide a starter set of towels. The washer and dryer may be used if towels get dirty or wet. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
• Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are not provided. Please bring your favorites!
• The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
• This is not next to the parkway! It is quiet, relaxing, and you can hear yourself think out here! If you want the noise, traffic, parties, and lights of Pigeon Forge, this will not be a good fit! We love the remote nature of this cabin and the beautiful country drive down the 2-lane road to Sevierville.
• No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per instance
• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
• If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.
• Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us.
We are available Monday - Saturday 9am-9pm via VRBO Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
