This surprisingly spacious home is a colorful charmer that is sure to please guests of all ages while vacationing in Fort Lauderdale!

Located just a short walk from the banks of the New River and only a few blocks from shops, restaurants, and groceries, this single-level cottage boasts two cozy bedrooms, two separate indoor living spaces, a large, fenced yard, and a furnished back patio.

Inside, prepare anything from your morning coffee to elaborate, full-course dinners in the compact, but complete kitchen, and then dine in the sunroom, at the adjacent table for four, or outside on the patio. The main living area offers plush furnishings and a TV for streaming your favorite channels, while the sunroom is a great spot for afternoon reading or rainy day board games.

Additional features and amenities at this home include central air-conditioning, an outdoor shower, a gas grill for family cookouts, and a washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
