If you have kids, they will love playing in the park, and playing basketball, which are both right outside your back door!!

You'll wish you would've booked longer in this completely remodeled mountain modern cabin with 3 master suites!! This newly remodeled 3BR 3BA cabin will comfortably sleep 10 guests and is super kid friendly, located right by the city park, sledding hill, and iceskating rink! You will love the additional outdoor dining space on the covered back porch. Complete with a dining table and chairs as well as a bar with barstools overlooking the park. Enjoy morning coffee, or evening beverages by the fire pit or on the cozy porch complete with ambient lighting.

Each bedroom is complete with it's own electric fireplace for additional heat or just ambiance and an attached bathroom. This cabin is perfect for 3 couples, each having their own bathroom, 2 or 3 small families, or a group of friends just wanting to get away to the mountains.
Enjoy all the new, modern updates in this true log cabin in the mountains! From new floors to light fixtures. And new bathrooms to a whole new large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. New soft, cozy bedding and linens. New windows for looking out to the amazing mountain views.
Your kids will thank you for staying so close to the park, sledding hill, ice skating rink and all new basketball court!
Did I mention that ice skates are free to use and located in the warming hut by the ice rink.
Centrally located to South Fork shopping and restaurants. The Malt Shop across the street is open for breakfast, lunch and supper.

This was exceptional
First time in colorado and south fork and pagosa. Could not have picked a better place. Thehouse was exceptional. It was perfect for our party of 6. It was conveniently located. Highly recommended. Hope it is available when we make the trip again next year. Or any property owned by this group.

Winter Weekend
The cabin was more than we could have hoped for. Three suites made the stay very comfortable. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed ice skating and sledding in the park right out the back door. Dan and Melissa were great to work with and the communication was excellent.

Delightful!
The accommodations were perfect for our family of 10. The large dining area and kitchen facility allowed us to eat together and was a perfect game table afterwards. The property manager was responsive. We have stayed at multiple places and this was definitely one of the best!
