100% smoke free property. No smoking inside or outside. Must keep noise to a courteous level. No hanging decorations, it damages the wallpaper/paint.
Do not flush wipes, even flushable ones. The plumbing can't handle it. Please throw them away. Minimum AC setting is 67°, or the HVAC freezes up.
No glass by the pool area. Please don't walk barefoot on the grass, sharp roots can cut your feet. Max of 9 people and 3 cars allowed per the county.

Quiet Neighborhood
Clean unit. Kitchen well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels along with a nice washer and dryer. Easy parking for two or three vehicles.

We had a great time on our trip and the convenience of the house was fantastic. House was clean and beautiful! We would definitely stay there again. We love the pool and the patio. Couldn’t have been better!! Communication with the owner was impeccable. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Summer Vacation Destination
House was gorgeous! Accommodations were perfect for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were soft, with ample pillows. Kids enjoyed the pool and lighted patio area for games at night and early morning coffee. Super accessible to shopping, eating and beaches. Our favorite was Sand Key Park. We would definitely stay again. Sonja was extremely attentive and replied quickly. We loved the birdhouse!!

Perfect Place ! Clean, Comfortable, and inviting. Lots of room to relax and spend time (we had 8). Pool and outdoor space was great. Close to everything , and beach right down the road. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Great attention to detail. I would highly recommend.

Just Perfect!
The house was all we expected and more, very comfy and cozy, plenty of room for everyone. The pool and deck area were perfect for lounging away beautiful sun filled days, and the location of the house was perfect as well close to the beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Our host, Sonja's attention to detail far exceeded any other VRBO host I have used in the past. We are already planning our trip back.
