Killington-Pico updated 2 bd/2ba + loft condo!

Directly across from Pico mountain, with direct access to the Appalachian Trail! Only 4 minutes to the Killington Road entrance.

This recently updated and stylish condo is a total gem! Hardwood floors on the main floor, new carpet on the 2nd. Main floor features a king bed master suite/bathroom with patio access. Enter the second floor to a large bedroom w/queen canopy bed, plus adjoining loft that overlooks the living area. The loft includes built-in bunks/4 twin beds! The kids will love it!

There is an association (shared) pool on the property. This is open in the summer months and is heated. Wood is available in the winter months at no cost, the shed is closed in the summer while the wood dries for the next season. We have a charcoal grill on the patio.

Quick ski getaway
Condo is adorable, clean and very well equipped. Plenty big for me (mom) and 4 college age kids. Kitchen has anything you could need. The family room is comfortable and the ready-to-go fire setup in the fireplace was really nice. Very short, easy drive to Killington.

Wonderful clean and cozy
We spend a long family weekend skiing and relaxing. Very convenient location to Pico. Comfy beds, glove dryers and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful decor and lovely fireplace. thank you!!

This is the perfect location for a family that is about to enjoy Pico or Killington Mountain. We had our "Nana" join us, and there was plenty of room for our whole family with two young kids. Emily, the owner, was so communicative and easy to get the access information. The condo had loads of amenities and really met every need. We can't wait to come back, in fact, our children did NOT want to leave. And the location was so ideal with only a 2 minute drive to Pico - which would be very doable by bicycle in the warmer weather.

The property was just right for my family. Great location near Pico and Killington. As soon as you step in, the condo had everything you need, from an ample mudroom for all our gear, to a well appointed kitchen and the right amount of room for eating and hanging out playing some of the available games or watching TV. The room setup was nice too, lots of room and beds for the kids and separation for the adults. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay. Would definitely plan on coming back!
