Back inside, the plush, sunlit living area invites you to take a seat and channel surf for a while, while the second furnished sunroom offers an additional space for everyone to spread out, breathe in the fresh air off the ocean, and relax.

When you want to hit the beach, you're just two blocks from the sand, however an on-site pool offers a convenient way to cool down and meet your neighbors! Family-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play, board games, tennis racquets and balls, pool noodles, sand toys, boogie boards, a beach wagon, and beach chairs.

Great property!
This property was perfect for a family of four. Very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and everything else you need to cook meals. The dual screened-in balconies were great; one for morning coffee and one with a table for family meals. Beds were very comfortable as well. We rented bikes at Island Life Bike Rentals which was a short walk away. The location of this property was great as the beach is a short 5-minute bike ride away, Coligny plaza shopping also just down the road, and easy bike trails through Sea Pines up to Harbour Town. Would definitely return, 100% positive experience.
